The AIVIA 210 Defibrillator Cabinet is a robust, lightweight and secure storage solution designed for both indoor and outdoor environments. Constructed with a clear anti-UV treated polycarbonate cover and a green ABS frame that complies with ISO 3864 emergency colour standards, the AIVIA 210 offers excellent visibility and shock resistance. Its materials are well-known for impact resilience, and the cabinet is rated IK10, demonstrating strong protection against mechanical impacts.

Access is restricted by a secure 4-digit keypad code, allowing only authorised personnel to open the cabinet. Opening the cabinet triggers a visual alarm with flashing red LEDs and a loud 105 dB audible alarm if the door is forced open without the code, providing enhanced security. A separate maintenance code allows safe servicing access.

The cabinet features an internal thermostatically controlled heater to keep the defibrillator at an optimal operating temperature, along with coated seals for weather protection. LED lighting inside ensures clear visibility day and night. Rated IP44, the cabinet protects against splashing water and dust ingress.

Refund policy

If you’ve received a product that’s damaged, incorrect, or faulty, you can initiate a return within 14 days of delivery. Simply email our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide return instructions and, where appropriate, arrange collection.

For non-faulty items, we accept returns as long as the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please note that customised or training-related services are non-refundable once delivered unless otherwise agreed. 

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. We’ll confirm via email once your refund is issued. Where replacement items are needed urgently, we recommend placing a second order to avoid workplace compliance risks.
