These Terms of Service govern the use of the Safety and Health Hub website and all transactions made through our platform. By placing an order or booking training, you confirm that you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.
Safety and Health Hub supplies workplace safety products and services including first aid kits, defibrillators, biohazard supplies, and accredited health training courses. Our services are available to UK-based businesses only.
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and lead times; however, availability may vary. Orders placed through the website are not binding until confirmed via email. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders in case of pricing or inventory errors.
All training bookings are subject to availability and must be paid in advance. Cancellations must be made with 7+ days' notice to receive a full refund. For online courses, access links will be issued once payment is confirmed.
This website and its contents are the intellectual property of Safety and Health Hub and must not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Prices: Unless stated to be fixed for a stated period, Safety and Health Hub Ltd reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment: The customer will agree to pay the full invoice amount by credit/debit card unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Cancellations: Under the United Kingdom’s distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order or any item purchased online from Safety and Health Hub Ltd, for a full refund. If you have not yet received your order, please contact us via email or telephone as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before the order is dispatched. If your order has already been processed and dispatched to you, it will be necessary for you to return the goods following our return procedures detailed below. The cost of return and care of the goods are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore we recommend for security purposes, that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain all records of delivery.
Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the goods to our warehouse within 14 days and we will issue you a full refund (excluding original delivery charges) upon receipt, subject to the terms and conditions detailed below. All good must be returned to Safety and Health Hub Ltd in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of delivery. Safety and Health Hub Ltd reserves the right to refuse the customer a credit or refund if the goods returned are not in a re-saleable condition.

Refunds: We will issue a full refund for items purchased online that are returned according to our Returns Policy. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card within 5-7 working days from processing your return and will exclude original shipping costs.
Damaged & Missing Products: The Customer must make any claims for damaged or missing product within 3 working days of receipt of delivery. Safety and Health Hub Ltd reserves the right to refuse any claims made after 3 working days. This does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights.
Online Product Images and Descriptions: Images on the site may differ slightly from the products supplied. In such an event, the product supplied by Safety and Health Hub Ltd will still be fit for the purpose of its intended use.
Overseas Orders: Safety and Health Hub Ltd reserves the right to treat orders from Customers outside of the UK on an individual basis.
